Do you accept credit cards? 

We do!  We use Paypal to process all major credit cards.  We also accept check, cash or money order!  We will hold your reservation until your payment clears.

Where are you located?

The Pikake and Hoyochi Nikko are both on the west Maui coast in the village of Honokowai and Mahinahina, nestled between world class resorts of Ka’anapali and Kapalua. Here you may play golf on courses hosting PGA tournaments and championships as well as “shop till you drop” at Whaler’s Village and shops in Kapalua or historic Lahaina.  Check out the map on our "Contact us" page!

Will we see whales & turtles?

YES - ABSOLUTELY!!!  All condos overlook the islands of Molokai and Lanai. It is between these islands that 95% of all whales come to birth their calves. From mid-December through mid-April you can sit on your “lanai”, patio, balcony and whale watch. We provide binoculars but they are rarely needed – the whales are so close! Green Sea Turtles love our reef rocks and swim back and fourth all day. They often frequent our beach!

Are there restaurants close by?

MANY!!!  In fact the finest on the island are only a short distance, many are within walking distance.  There are restaurants to fit every budget nearby, including the Honokowai Food Truck Park across from the grocery store!  Book your reservations in advance of your trip!

How close are you to Ka'anapali?

Ten minutes by car.  Keep in mind that nothing on the island is far! Trips to Hana or the up-country to Kula, Ulupalakua Ranch or Haleakala are a “full day” event – not necessarily due to distances, but due to narrow, very winding roads with low speed limits, and elevations. Haleakala towers at 10,023 feet. Certainly, you will also make many stops to admire the beautiful scenery and points of interest along the way. We really do have the best spot on the west side - we aren't too far anything!

Do I need to bring anything from home?

NO!!!  Everything from beach towels to blow dryers, coffee grinder to spaghetti strainer is furnished. Sorry, no butler service! However, you will want to bring high SPF sun block, and aloe-vera just in case you have too much fun in the sun!

Are there things to do nearby? 

Absolutely, you can whale watch from the lanai! Seriously!  You can do all/any ocean activities right from the condo! You can also rent bikes, snorkel gear, and kayaks from nearby Boss Frogs, which is a few block away. Many boat tours for snorkeling/whale watching leave right from Lahaina, a short drive from the condo! Don't forget golf, hiking, ziplining and so much shopping - all within 15 minutes of the condo!
